Handmade traditional sourdough made with our own proprietary quinoa starter!  Not only is this artisan gluten-free sourdough free from wheat, it’s also vegan.  Our mini loves come in a 3 pack which is great for toast, appetizers, and tea sandwiches. Each gluten-free loaf is approximately 4.5” x 2.5”


INGREDIENTSWater, Tapioca Starch, White Rice Flour, Potato Starch, Sorghum Flour, Canola Oil, Sweet Rice Flour, Golden Flax, Quinoa Flour, Beet Sugar, Potato Flakes, Creafill Fiber (cellulose, psyllium husk), Yeast, Salt, Egg Replacer (potato starch, tapioca starch, non-dairy calcium lactate, calcium carbonate, cream of tartar, cellulose gum, modified cellulose), Rice Protein, Millet Flour, Cream of Tartar, Onion Powder, Arrowroot Powder, Baking Soda, Black Pepper, Ginger Powder.
