Seedy, hearty bread that is not only gluten free but dairy free as well!  Our handmade gluten-free bread is made with our own gluten-free flour mix and then blended with 6 different seeds including pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, poppy seeds, caraway seeds, and flax seeds.  The seeds add a welcomed texture and contribute to a good fiber and protein content.

 

INGREDIENTS: 

CLASSIC: Water, White Rice Flour, Tapioca Starch, Egg White, Millet Flour, Beet Sugar, Canola Oil, Applesauce, Expandex (modified tapioca starch), Sorghum Flour, Amaranth Flour, Dry Active Yeast, Kosher Salt, Rice Protein, Pea Protein, Egg Replacer (potato starch, tapioca starch, leavening (calcium lactate, calcium carbonate, cream of tartar), cellulose gum, modified cellulose), Guar Gum, Sunflower Seed, Psyllium, Vitamin C, Ginger Powder, Onion Powder
