Gluten-Free Pancake Mix


Product Description

Make one of our most loved cafe dishes at home with our custom gluten-free pancake mix!  Add your favorite mix-ins (chocolate, fresh berries, grated zucchini, etc.) or serve "as is" with warm maple syrup and a spread of your choosing.

Our gluten-free pancake mix can be stored up to 6 months in a cool, dry place or stored in the freezer. Just be sure to bring to room temperature before mixing. 


Rice Flour, Millet Flour, Sorghum Flour, Rice Protein, Tapioca Starch, Sweet Rice Flour, Potato Starch, Sugar, Coconut Flour, Flax Flour, Amaranth, Egg Replacer (Potato Starch, Tapioca Flour, Calcium Lactate, Calcium Carbonate, Cream of Tartar, Cellulose Gum, Modified Cellulose), Cinnamon, Ginger, Kosher Salt

(Contains: Soy only as Soy Lecithin in Pan Spray)


You'll receive a 16.5 ounce bag of pancake mix. 1 CUP of mix makes approximately 5 pancakes.

Store in a cool, dry place for up to 6 months or in freezer for up to 12 months. 

Add berries to mix or swirl in homemade jam just before scooping onto griddle ∙ Drop a few teaspoons of nut butter into each pancake for added protein ∙ Add ¼ tsp of pumpkin pie spice to batter then drizzle with maple syrup for a fall treat.
