CLASSIC: Water, white rice flour, tapioca starch, sweet rice flour, beet sugar, non-GMO canola oil, dry active yeast, golden flaxmeal, unflavored rice protein, potato starch, modified tapioca starch, guar gum, vitamin c crystals, onion powder, ginger powder.

SEEDED: Classic English Muffin with sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, poppy seeds, flax seed, caraway seeds.
