All our breads are sold frozen and, for best results, should be reconstituted and prepared as directed on the labels. English muffins, mini loaves, and breadcrumbs last well for a month in the freezer. Pizza crusts and special order breads and rolls are best eaten within 2 weeks of purchase.
For all Wheat’s End products, if the texture starts to get dry, a quick trip in the microwave will rehydrate the interior. Try no more than 20 seconds on high and repeat until the item feels springy again when gently pressed—but not so long that it becomes gummy. Each product label lists ingredients.
